Isbell Group International maintains a policy of absolute client confidentiality.  We do not disclose our client list, and will not use a client as a reference without written permission.  We will never voluntarily disclose any client information to any third party without written permission from the client.

Isbell Group International will occasionally send out email security alerts to our clients and associates.  Should you wish to be removed from our security alerts list please send an email to our webmaster with the subject of 'remove from list'.

The list of Isbell Group International services and rates which appear on this website are not to be considered as legally binding offers, but as representative examples.  Quotes and proposals for specific services are available upon request.

Seminar Registration
Isbell Group International accepts online credit card registration for our educational seminars through a third party secure server.  We also accept registration over the phone or via emailed or mailed registration forms.  Please contact us if you have any questions or problems relating to the registration process.

Seminar Cancellation
Should a seminar be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, you have the option of transferring your registration to another seminar or receiving a full refund.

Seminar Refunds
Should you be unable to attend a seminar for which you have registered please contact us.  We will be happy to transfer your registration to a later seminar or refund your registration.  Should you be dissatisfied with any Isbell seminar you attend please contact us and give us the opportunity to address your complaint.  If we can not resolve the issue to your satisfaction we will refund all or part of your registration fee.
